Harris Regional Hospital is proud to announce the availability of 3-D mammography at all locations. The imaging department has been working diligently to provide 3-D mammography services not only at Harris Regional Hospital but also at Swain Community Hospital and the Harris Medical Park of Franklin. We are thrilled to share with our communities that 3-D mammography services are now available at all three locations – Harris Regional Hospital, Swain Community Hospital, and Harris Medical Park of Franklin.
The updated equipment allows our team to better serve more families close to home. 3-D mammography takes multiple images of breast tissue, giving physicians a clearer image of breast masses. This technology promotes earlier detection of breast cancer. We are proud to offer these services in hopes of catching cancer sooner and making our communities healthier.

The latest imaging technology complements the care provided by breast surgeons Dr. Pratt and Dr. Robles, at Harris Surgical Associates, alongside our breast nurse navigator, Carol VanCleve. Harris Regional Hospital is proud to offer advanced breast care, including 3-D mammography in all three locations, providing quality services closer to home.
